Genius Toddler Eat-Out Placemat

So I am in love with this idea and I don't even have kids yet! Gwen over at Gwenny Penny thought this brilliant little thing up after taking her little girl out and being grossed out by the typical restaurant tables out there. I'm loving those cute utensils too - I happen to be a fanatic about small eating-things (cups, plates, forks, etc)!
